أطروحات دستورية: دستور 1923

هذه المدوّنة لا تدعو لتعديل دستور مصر الحالي بل إلى تغييره ... إلى ما هو أفضل.
يحتاج الدستور المصري المنشود إلى حوار قومي يشارك فيه الشعب مع المتخصصين. وإذ يبدأ الحوار من علامات الاستفهام، جاءت هذه المدوّنة لتطرح بعض النقاط وتدعو لمناقشتها
